Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Rosy Cozad is a veteran C-suite executive with more than 30 years of managed care experience in Fortune 500 companies and start-up health plans. Her specialties span behavioral and substance abuse payor solutions, network contracting and management, and government programs — including Medicare, Medicaid, Healthy Kids, and Long-Term Care.
Prior to founding BSN, Rosy served as President & CEO of MMM of Florida (Innovacare Health) and AMERIGROUP Florida/Anthem — a 266k-member HMO serving Medicaid, Medicare, and LTC programs. She also led AMERIGROUP Washington, Simply Healthcare Plans, and Better Health, and spent over 14 years at UnitedHealth Group, including as CEO of UHC of Florida/AmeriChoice and Senior Vice President of Government Programs.
In January 2018, Rosy founded Behavioral Services Network with a singular purpose: to build the statewide, credentialed behavioral and substance abuse network that health plans and providers actually deserve — responsive, transparent, and built for the long term.
